He had food delivered to both of us from the same restaurant and we had a dinner date

via FaceTime with him using his laptop and me using my iPad and it's cute.

On one hand, I'm impressed by his creativity and effort to make this virtual date happen

despite his hectic life.

On the other hand, I feel a bit annoyed and puzzled.

I'm torn between two conflicting thoughts here.

Is this level of busyness and reliance on virtual dates insulting or is it actually a thoughtful

gesture considering his circumstances?
