It's been a minute, but as always, welcome to the sister wives professor.

That is me.

I am still here.

I'm still Dr. Adam, still a professor of interpersonal and family communication, and I am still

really, really glad you're here. I am really glad you are listening, and I really hope

you're okay. I know it's been a minute since you've heard from me. I was traveling with my family. It was a really weird

and this obviously isn't important in the grand scheme of things, but just to acknowledge it,

like it was just such a strange juxtaposition. I was on this kind of family vacation right,

like before or rather right after the news broke. And so I haven't been as plugged in as I otherwise would be,

but I tried to keep up with people on Patreon and also social media. And I'll talk about that

in a second. But that is not the majority of my listeners, which is fine. I just know most of you

just listen to the podcast and that's it, which is wonderful. So if you've missed the updates real

quick, a rundown, so when the news broke, I pulled all future sister wives content. I'd

actually gotten ahead in my recording because of going on vacation. So I pulled all that content

that was going to come out regarding the Brown family and everything else.

I froze the Patreon in terms of I froze payments.

I've not allowed anyone else to join until I could make some changes.

And so several people actually have reached out about wanting to join the Patreon or wanting

to upgrade or whatever.
