Music Hello, and as always, but especially today, welcome to the Sister Wives Professor.

That's me. I'm Dr. Adam, Professor of Interpersonal and Family Communication.

And I'm still a long-time follower of the TLC series Sister Wives, but as you may or may not know,

we're doing something a little bit different at least for a little bit.

I feel like I've said this again and again, but just in case people missed it, because of the

circumstances, at least for a while, I'm going to pivot to covering seeking sister wife,

and I'll talk more about that in a second, just out of respect to the Brown family,

and just because I'm not really in a place to dive into

analyzing family dynamics of the Browns, I just don't think it would turn out to be the kind of

quality that you would want and that you deserve. And so everybody that's been kind of, you know,

gently or not so gently encouraging me to get back to Sister wives' content, I do think I will get there.

And I think I'll probably get there sooner than I think because I started out a couple weeks ago going, I am just done podcasting forever.

And that didn't last very long.

Thankfully, I guess.

I think thankfully because I really love creating content for you I

really genuinely enjoy this process and I don't want that to stop so this is the way
