We've been told, here's like an analogy that might explain.

So we've been told forever, like you shouldn't be hungry.

Like hunger is a bad thing.

So when people feel hungry, they feel like they're doing something wrong.

Well, what if I told you like hunger is one of the mechanisms that's used for longevity.
