I think there's very few people and probably very, very, very few people that listen to this podcast

that don't want what we're talking about, right? That don't want health, that don't want vitality,

that don't want fulfillment, that don't want to be proud of their bodies and capable,

functioning livelihood, late into their years. That's not going to just happen. It's not just

going to magically appear when you wake up the next morning because you thought about it yesterday,

because you think about starting a diet next Monday, it doesn't mean that you're going to be

healthier. It's like this thing of wishing, wanting, and hoping. It's the danger zone because

your body, if you talk to me about your plan to run a marathon, your body rewards you for the

spoken words of that plan. It sends off dopamine signals. You get feel goods out of it,

and you feel like you're moving in the right direction. Yet you have done nothing, zero,

less than nothing's happened yet. Until you start to go out for that very lace up your shoes

and go out for that very first run, and then you do it again the next day and the next day and so on,

now we're starting to go and it's that we need, need that intentionality behind it.
