Summary

We talk a lot about emotional safety when raising kids. But that doesn't mean we can let our kids behave any way they want to. Quite the contrary. A home without discipline is not a safe one.

However, discipline is also one of the greatest parenting struggles. In this episode, we talk about healthy discipline, why it's important for kids, and how it also influences mom and dad too. We also discuss how we, even with two different approaches to discipline, can work together as a team. In the end, it requires grace for your kids, and an extra dose for you as a parent.
