Yeah, so today's episode is about dieting and it's diet advice, but I really have to be honest with you and tell you I don't diet.

As a matter of fact, when I first signed with Beachbody for my infomercial deal, right?

So I had this huge book of testimonials of people whose stories and their photos I had saved and collected from emails from around the globe.

And they were the letters and emails and photos that instructors were sending to me to kind of like praise or brag or to just show me what one of their students had done.

And there were these amazing transformations, just like massive weight loss, right? Like people lost 125 pounds.

Now they weren't doing that in like three months or something, they were doing that with my program Turbo Kick.

And so that was part of the reason why there was so much excitement and so much interest from infomercial companies about my program was in fact because I had all of these ready-made testimonials.
