So let's start then with Caroline's skin-related question and you ask,

does our diet affect how fast are skin ages or is skin care more important?

And, well, the short answer is that diet sets the pace, if you like, of skin aging from the outside.

And then skincare is the extra bit of support and that can protect what's happening on the surface and slow it down to a certain extent.

But I certainly do think that you can't out skin care a poor diet or lifestyle. But equally, I think nutrition alone won't necessarily protect the skin from everything it's exposed to. You know, when I was working in

the beauty industry back in the day, I always believed that beauty was this two-pronged approach. It's

what goes on, but it's also what goes in. In terms of percentage gain, if I had to

put money on it, I would probably say it's two thirds what goes in and one third, what goes on, maybe.

And I think to unpack that a bit, let's look at how the skin changes as we age. You know,
