so many people just like freaked out about like, oh my gosh, how do you take a vacation? And

what do you do about your macros and your calories and all those things? And it reminded me

that I used to think that way too. And how far I've come and how much more fun it is to live

life and to feel great and to be happy and to be healthy. And not that I was ever like unhappy,

people and they'll say, I just want you to know I loved your workout programs. That's how I met you.
