One of Diddy's lawyers has quit the case and has said that under no circumstance could he continue to represent them.

So this is pretty crazy though.

Even if your own lawyer is like, yeah, I'm feeling

pretty uneasy about the situation. It's not looking good for you. So this is from Tony Rico.

He's one of Dittie's attorneys. He filed a motion to be removed from his legal team. He said,

although I have provided Sean Combs with the high level of legal representation

expected by the court, under no circumstances can I continue to effectively serve as counsel for

Sean Combs consistent with the American Bar Association standards for criminal justice.

So it makes me wonder, what is that legal team trying to pull to try and get Sean Combs out of jail?

So I, yeah, I was like, my mind went to like one of two places.

One, either Diddy is being super, super, I don't even know,

complicate is the right word, difficult, whatever.

Diva.

Yeah, and I just don't want to do with this anymore.

Or, I would love for a lawyer to call up right now.

If you have definitive evidence that your client did this,

because you know, you're defending your client and

they are, they are innocent. If you find out something and you think they're no longer innocent,

is that why you would recuse yourself? Yeah, I mean, if you have that kind of ethics, but there is a job
