Samsung charged with misleading Galaxy phone owners over water

over what they say is not false advertising but misleading advertising.

Now, as you know, Samsung devices for a while now

have had some form of water resistance

baked into them to different degrees depending on the version that you're talking about.

And of course Samsung they've been they want to advertise that.

They want to let people know hey you can splash our phones but see the issue here specifically I mean

maybe there's a reason that this story is coming out of Australia
