So Samsung claims that they have fixed the Galaxy Fold.

We talked about this, the fact that there's like 2,000 of the new version of the fold out in the

wild probably being tested by Samsung employees.

But now we have some new details here on exactly what the fixes might be, according to Bloomberg who they've got some information the inside

scoops supposedly of course we had our questions like how do you address this situation

how do you I mean is this thing going to be this situation?

How do you, I mean, is this thing going to be fragile by nature or are there some things you could do from a design

perspective to make it more robust than the version that reporters, people like got although ours didn't face any issues

specifically many of them did they had that screen protector thing that some people tried to remove

and then consequently had entire device destruction take place. I'm not saying they fixed it yet because I don't have the device yet and there's no

there's actually no date yet but they're staying in the news because of how

potentially disruptive this device might be in fact in the Bloomberg article they showcase a graph

kind of speculating on smartphone sales growth. As you can see it's sort of

flattened out but many in the industry see the

folding phone trend as like the savior for stagnation within the smartphone marketplace

that people just need some next thing some new thing to buy and that the

slight iteration that's taking place with the various versions of of smartphones in their current form factor

are not really compelling people as it stands to be on the same

upgrade cycle that they used to be on with their smartphones.
