And newly released court documents, Olivia Wilde, says Jason Sedacus.

Purposely, purposely had her serve with custody papers at a film festival in order to threaten

her and catch her off guard.

So you remember a couple months back, I told you she was at this film festival on stage

when a server comes up.

Hands are a manila envelope.

She opens it and just can casually continue to keep talking and whatnot.

He had served her custody papers.

Now, at the time, Jason claimed he had nothing to do with how and where she was served.

And he actually was like, I would never.

But now in newly obtained court documents, she said it was very much intentional.

She said Jason's actions were clearly intended to threaten me and catch me off guard.

He could have served me discreetly, but instead he chose to serve me in the most aggressive

manner possible.

And she also said that what he did was not the best interest of their kids.

And he is trying to get custody because he wants to kids to live in New York with him.

That last I would never do that.
