Okay.

That's good to sit with you.

I sort of feel my brain coming online as the meditation unfolds.

Seven o'clock is a little early.

The caffeine drip started a little late.

But I'm getting the hang of the hour.

And yeah, happy to practice with you.

Feels good.

So, okay.

When you become committed to love, it matters a little less how everything is going.

Still matters, but it matters a little less.

And for sure you root for things to go well.

But when they don't, and you know they won't, you know you have a secure net to fall back into.

And when you know, I'm gonna have to love my way through this life,

when you really know that, things actually change.

The texture of life changes.

But you have to know that deeply.

You have to know that in your bones.

And, you know, I often ask myself the question, how deeply entrained is love in my heart? You can't always tell.
