1:37.1 | And there's a way in which it's very easy to get on the bandwagon of self-reflection. |
1:45.0 | And there's something about that reflection that's a little bit addictive |
1:49.0 | or very much kind of self-propelling. |
1:52.0 | It's kind of like we think something about ourselves that's uncomfortable. |
1:56.0 | And then there's a reaction to the discomfort, |
1:59.0 | like this is something wrong here or something wrong with me, |
2:02.1 | and I have to consider it and reflect on it. |
2:05.6 | And then the very idea that something's wrong with me doesn't feel good. |
2:12.6 | And there we have more not feeling good. |
2:15.6 | And that prompts more self-concerned about, I have to fix what's not good about me. |
