So in your family, do you have a little dictator who, I'm sorry, a little director who is in charge of all the activities?

Or maybe you have a number cruncher or you have a social activities coordinator who brings all the fun.

Every child is unique and recognizing those unique strengths and the differences

can sometimes help bring peace during chaotic family times.

I'm John Fuller along with Danny Werta who heads up focused on the family's parenting department.

You can't always deal the same way with each child.

In fact, you shouldn't because you might have one child who

cares more about relationships and another who doesn't and you've got to treat

them differently but equal. Danny talk about those challenges especially if you've got a

friend who maybe has you know a teen boy and a teen girl and they're different.

But you could treat them the same and it could get very frustrating.

The fact is that we all filter reality from our own angle and own perspective and that creates

complications along the way. So it's important. and that they see

they're create complications along the way.

So it's important to really realize what are the what are the strengths, weaknesses,

ways that they see reality. I know with my daughter she loves to go on runs, have an experience

together that's very adventurous. My son on the other hand loves to sit together

and have conversation but it's fulfilling the same

need which is that bid for connection.

They're wanting connection in their own unique way with their own unique interests and yeah that can be challenging yet very
