You know how when your kid comes to you and asks a question you feel like I have to have an answer

But really it's not ours to solve all their problems and answer all their questions

I'm John Fuller along with Danny

Werta and today we're going to challenge the notion that parents need to know it

all. Danny it's important that we interact with our kids what do you do if they

ask something that you just can't

answer it's okay to say I don't know we better figure this out and to show the

realness that life is not just clear-cut you have to have wisdom and we need God's wisdom and in moments

and situations and as parents we need to have that and the journey itself is what begins

to change us into to deepen our relationship with one another.

Listening attentively to what the child is is even saying or asking is important.

Maybe asking the question, why is this important to you right now

and exploring more of what's happening in your child and going on that journey of finding

the answer together?

It's going to be rich.

That discovery together is far better than just giving it a right answer or one that seems right.
