We've got something a little different this week for folks who have been listening to the show for a while

0:18.1

You will know that we changed the format of the show

0:21.3

Three four months ago one of the things we did was instead of doing dedicated episodes

0:26.4

We used to call them two-minute drills dedicated episodes where we just answered your questions

1:31.4

Physically dominant and more mentally resilient and so we started a show with Comtrain on the Comtrain YouTube channel called the three by three

1:39.6

And that is effectively what the two-minute drill used to be but tailored to those folks out there who might be

1:46.6

Aiming for greater performance in sport or in the gym

1:50.4

So what we have this week is excerpts from the first six episodes of

1:55.4

The Comtrain three by three I went through I selected about eight or nine questions from inside of that show and we jammed them in together here
