or 5? Would you recommend? So for people out on familiar zone 4 or 5 means that you're working

really hard and you're breathing really heavy. So zone 2, you could hold a conversation much like

I'm holding right now. Zone 3 would be I could get a few sentences out and then take a breath

like this. Zone 4 would be hard. I get a word out every few breaths and zone 5 would basically be

yep good very short. That's a nice correlage to paint a picture of what they're talking about.
