| 0:00.0 | Hi, I'm Jessica Porter, and welcome back to sleep magic, a podcast where I help you find the magic of your own mind, helping you to sleep better and live better. |
| 0:24.2 | Hi, everybody. Thank you so much for being here. Thank you for taking your own health and wellness and |
| 0:34.5 | sleep. I don't use the word seriously. it's so heavy, but thank you for being |
| 0:41.2 | intentional about it. Thank you for being intentional about using your mind, because that's what we're |

| 2:17.6 | It's completely natural to care. |
| 2:20.4 | Of course it is. |
| 2:21.7 | But it's also possible to care deeply |
