You're close. Okay, so I wanted to have you on the podcast because I believe that people need to grow their personal brand in real estate.

You know, like for me, I've done millions of dollars as a real estate investor and as a realtor straight through social media, right?

Like I actually never really invested a lot into like mail or texting or cold calling. A lot of it was referral referrals and

social media. So I guess like walk me through if someone wants to start growing their personal brand

Where do they start? Yeah, so you know and you mentioned in like how much you've been able to do through your social media. I think people need to understand that that is not like a rare thing right?

It's not something that just you got lucky on or some of these individuals that we see doing at a high level

get lucky. No, it can happen for anybody in the space. It truly is just committing to making the

who's your avatar right like who are the individuals that I'm trying to reach if you're an investor who are my people who are the individuals that will invest with me because that's the type of content that you want to create that would attract those type of individuals.
