We're all going to die.

And today, I want to talk about it.

I want to talk about death, grief, loss, healing.

What does it look like?

Looks different for everyone.

I bet you know someone who's died. I know someone who's died. I'm not bragging, but I do know a few that have passed. And, you know, it depends on the person, but my grief experience has been different, right? Do you know anyone who's dead? Or did you know anyone? Did you used to know

anyone who's dead? Do you know anyone who is dead? That's odd. Because can you say that in the

present tense? Okay, whatever. Do you know anyone who's died? That's it.

a guy, super fascinating guy called David Ferugio, and he actually lost his father in 9-11.

And him and Pete Davidson, those are the two people that I know that speak about it publicly

personally, many other people have lost loved ones in 9-11.

Just Pete Davidson came to mind because, right right I think he lost his father as well well

David for hugo um after he lost his father he realized through his grief journey that people

just weren't talking about it um it was always it's this taboo subject, right? But it's the inevitable. It's like,

so I think he's he is doing it very well. He's normalizing, uh, the conversation of talking

about death and, and grieving and loss. And, um, he's fascinating and it was an inspiring conversation. And I think you'll enjoy it.
