As I've said, perhaps one million times, Joe Biden is the oldest president in U.S. history.

He will be 82 years old at the end of his first term, the term he's in right now.

Now there is widespread speculation, I've engaged in it, that he will not run for re-election.

Because if he did run for re-election, he would be asking the American people to serve
