I'm going to share with you in this episode two little known facts about me that are kind of

0:10.8

embarrassing addictions actually. The first one I'm just going to tell you right up front is that

0:15.7

I was fully addicted to diet soda for more than 30 years. And you've heard me say that before,

0:22.0

but in this episode I'm going to share a little bit more about that. But the other addiction,

0:28.4

one that I'm kind of embarrassed about, I no longer partake in this, but I'm going to share that

0:33.3

in this episode as well. Why? Because I want you to know I've been there, whatever the bad habit is,

0:39.3

you've got, or the new habit, you need to form. I promise you we can do it. We can do it together.

I knew all the reasons why. As do you. So I won't waste your time going over all the reasons why

1:11.6

you need to drink water. The stuff you already know. But in this episode, I truly believe if you

1:16.4

listen with an open heart and an open mind, you may be able to make a very profound change in your

1:23.2

health. Listen, 75% of us. Did you hear that? 75% of us are chronically dehydrated. That means most

1:33.2

of us don't even know that we're dehydrated. We think we're getting enough water, but we're not.

1:39.0

And this is a critical piece, a critical part to your health. And it's why I play so much emphasis

1:45.1

on drinking water with the 131 method. So whether you're following the 131 method or not,

1:51.4

it's about health and you need to drink more water. I also thought it'd be really cool to share

1:56.5

this with you because today's episode is actually taken from within my 131 program. So the 131

2:05.2

program, it's a health program. It's how you get healthy and lose weight. But a big part of that is

2:11.6

not just giving you rules and saying, okay, drink 75 ounces of water or here's where you should eat
