This is K-Time, where we look back at the week that was for Florida State baseball.

And yikes, not exactly the week you were hoping to see Chris, just before we get into the minutia and granular, overall thoughts on what you saw this weekend from that baseball team out in Palo Alto.

It was rough. It was a rough weekend all the way around. Obviously, you know, they've had one like that at Georgia Tech and they bounce back well.

They're going to need to do that again.

But you've got a really good team coming in this weekend in Pittsburgh who just swept.

So, I mean, it swept Virginia, by the way.

Swept a good team.

Yeah.

Yeah.

So it's, it doesn't get any easier for sure.

So I was just looking it up right before we recorded. Because here's my, number one, Mendez was fine. He had one bad inning. You know, one inning got away from, but Mendez was Mendez. And I thought Bryce Amor looked good. He didn't get through the fifth, but I thought he looked good. That's a pretty good lineup that Stanford has, actually. It's their pitching that has been the problem for them most of the year.

And that's where you hope you could take advantage, but you can't because of this

offense.

Now, before we get into Trey Beard, I just, when you look at this offense, man, look,

they have to find a way to manufacture some stuff.

They just don't slug well enough.

They don't hit enough home runs.
