I am going to share with you a little insight on how to be more heart-focused and I am going to share

with you a gratitude meditation that you can do as you walk in nature. So first of all,

I just want you to stop for a moment and give yourself a lot of credit. You know, just to take part

in a series like this is really above and beyond what most people do for themselves because most

people, when they think about, oh, I want to meditate or oh, I want to calm my mind and body or

improve myself, they sign up for these apps and do, you know, all these things to create a meditation

ritual, and they do it, but they don't really grasp the awareness and the insight of what the

ritual is supposed to do for you in the first place to help calm your mind and body. So it's like

many people and I did this myself for several years when I first was learning about yoga,

meditation, all these self-help types of rituals, but it's not so much about self-help that I

want to share with you, it's about awareness. And when you have this awareness, you know it,

your life has changed. It's kind of like when you learn a particular lesson, you never go back

to how you were before because you now have awareness and so you evolve and you advance.

When I sat down to think about how I wanted to share meditation four years ago when I created a
