Summary

For today's episode we will experience a session of Yoga Nidra. This is a meditation that I have thought of doing for a long time and have really looked forward to. Just because of how much it has helped me in so many ways, and I would like to share it with you. Whether you've had a lack of sleep and are in need of new energy and recharge, or because you want to go deep and find stillness, connect with your inner truth or peace before sleep, this will be a go to. Yoga Nidra is often called yogic sleep, and is an amazing technique to release stress and tension held in the body. It is said that One hour of Yoga Nidra is equivalent to four hours of deep sleep because we go through all of the brain wave stages you typically go through during sleep only in a compressed amount of time. During the practice, stay completely still and listen to my voice as I will guide you through different parts of the body and rotation of consciousness. This Yoga Nidra meditation will help you to relax your mind and body completely. 🙏 https://meditatedaily.com Learn more about your ad choices. Visit megaphone.fm/adchoices
