Coming up on Sword and Scale Daily, Baltimore Police have identified the dismembered body

that was discovered at a recycling plant last Tuesday.

A San Bernardino County probation officer and her two children were found shot in their

home after a five-hour stay-off with police in a possible murder suicide.

In West Virginia, a woman is found guilty of murdering and decapitating the 29-year-old

son of her former lover.

Finally, in Mississippi, a judge grants Curtis Flowers Bail.

Flowers has been in prison for 23 years, having gone through six trials for the same alleged

offense.

All ended in hung juries or verdicts reversed on appeal.

A mother and her two children were found fatally shot in their Ontario, California home on

Saturday in what police believe was a murder suicide.

The LA Times reports that around 2.30 a.m., a man dialed 911 from the residence to report

that someone was hurt.

Officers responded along with EMTs and the man who had obviously been shot came walking

out of the house.

Behind him, officer saw a woman later identified as his wife holding a handgun.

As the officers were removing the man from the home, they exchanged fire with the woman,
