If you're following the news, what you're hearing is that there was a crucial vote yesterday in the House Rules Committee

that despite terrible jeopardy posed by Republican conservative hostility to the budget deal struck by House Speaker,

Kevin McCarthy, a Republican and Joe Biden, the president who is a Democrat.

Mysteriously, it actually got through the rules committee, owing to the vote of the very libertarian, Thomas Massey,

who, who's participation on the plus side, negated the downside of efforts of two freedom caucus members who oppose the bill.

And now it will go to the House floor and it will become law.

Uh, and basically, this is all a game in my view.

Meaning this is all set in stone.

McCarthy made the deal with Biden.

The people who left a vote against it in order to maintain their cred,

both on the Democratic side and the Republican side.
