0:13.7	But just before we actually dive into this podcast, we obviously wanted to share with you

0:22.7	new eight-week challenge.
0:24.4	I feel like that was a lot more than a mouthful than it actually could have been.
0:27.7	This is the reason we missed an episode last week, which I think it's the first week in
0:32.1	about 14 weeks that we've missed an episode.
0:33.8	It's because we were so busy with getting this challenge ready for people with
0:39.5	only being our second challenge of the year obviously due to COVID the other thing that
0:43.9	obviously want to apologise for is it probably sound like I've got COVID at the moment
0:47.2	he does not by the way it's just the common cold and so apologies for sound a little bit drowsy in
0:52.9	today's podcast I will try and speak as clearly as possible,
0:56.4	so you can still understand me amongst this mumble and tinge of scousness.
1:00.7	Well, the eight-week challenge kicked off,
1:03.3	well, the enrollment kicks off on Monday.
1:07.4	It kicked off on the third,
1:09.0	and it starts on the 17th.
1:11.2	And all my coach school challenges are absolutely incredible.
1:15.3	Thousands of people do them.
1:17.1	They're completely worldwide.
