Feels a little bit weird this week leading the intro.

But this week we are, as a topic explained, we're going to go over-training.

But I think the main purpose we wanted to cover this topic was due to, obviously, in the UK, well, in England, the gyms are now back open, praise the Lord, and gains can now be made.

And I think this kind of topic is something that's going to be quite relevant over the next upcoming weeks and even months.

But to be fair, like this first week back training has been amazing for routine

but even in myself I felt a little bit worn down it's difficult getting back into routine

as good as it is being back in the gym we need to just be careful with what we are doing yeah I think

it's a little bit weird because I for one found it so strange to go back

to the gym and have that normal routine and get back into things.

And it actually made me really kind of anxious to go back.

And I know so many people also felt this because you kind of didn't know what the gym was

the capacity of people around each other like do you have to wear masks so just to give

you a bit of an insight we go to pure gym and we work with them on a bit more of like a

collaborative collaborative collaborative basis.

So we did know quite a lot about the gyms before they opened.

Now, the pure gym that we go to is massive.

So we're really fortunate in that aspect that the capacity is pretty high.
