All right, so let's try it out. So after yesterday's episode I was scrolling through Facebook and looking through a lot of nonsense, but came across one

post that caught my attention by my friend and fellow meditation teacher, Jeremy Lipkowitz.

And I felt like the post was connected to the theme of yesterday.

As I already mentioned, it was this idea that so often we're going through life and these experiences

or hardships or life in general is just coming at us and it can feel like we're inundated by it, overwhelmed by it, that life is just happening to us

and we have to get through it. And we could shift that perspective to maybe life is happening
