I'm your host, Corey Muscarra, and today I'm going to share a simple mindset shift that can change how you experience really everything in your life.

Before we go into that, let's first settle in with the sound of the bells. Do you ever find yourself caught in the mindset of why is this happening to me?

This is very different than just feeling like life is happening to us and we have to take it

2:11.5

hit after hit after hit. What if life was happening for us and every hit was

2:18.6

actually an opportunity to rise up, to learn about ourselves, to grow mentally, emotionally, spiritually.

2:27.0

Well, I don't know about you, but that immediately feels empowering to me.
