Happy Valentine's Everyone!

This week on the Deadpod we conclude the band's performance from February 19, 1982 in San Diego CA.

Again, this comes from an audience tape so while the fidelity isn't quite up to soundboard levels, it does give you a great sense of being there..

The pre-drums portion of the set is well played, with the highlight being a sweet Lost Sailor>Saint of Circumstance. The killer portion of this set comes as Drums ends, the band goes into a great Other One -- Phil really seems to be enjoying this one as he leads the charge throughout.. A sweet Stella Blue follows then an unusual ending as instead of Around and Around we get Man Smart, Woman Smarter into Johnny B. Goode not as the encore but as the set closer. The US Blues encore is a snappy ending to the enening..

0:10.0	performance at Golden Hall in San Diego, California, on February 19th, 1982. It was a Friday night.
0:17.6	It's a fine second set. Audience recording again, but still some great highlights here.
0:23.3	The pre-drums is well played. Alabama getaways goes into Promised Land. Ship of Fools is nice.

0:40.6	several times doing the trademark earthquake, and that goes into a great Stella Blue. Then they switch
0:47.3	things up a little and do man, smart, women smarter, and do Johnny Be Good to close the set with a U.S.
