Summary

In this DCS Creative Lab session, Dave tests two dishes that will make their way to the counter soon for future guests. Last time we were here, we were working on some ideas for upcoming guests. We were doing a version of Avgo Lemino, still sort of closer to the

finish point on that, working on a seated version of the highly likely seeded schnitzel for Mina Kynes. I think because I've cooked it before,

we've done a brazed tofu for Joel McHale that's coming up. We've got a few other ideas.

I got Eric Nam, the great singer, Korean pop superstar that's going to join us today,

not today, but upcoming.

And I'm going to make him duck al-be, which is Korean cowby, short ribs.

We're not using short ribs. I'm going to use ground beef because it's testing. We want to use some cheaper products until we get closer to the final product.
