Hi, I'm Dave. I've been walking for fitness since 2013, averaging just under

21,000 steps a day. I'm walking right now and would love to have you join me for the next 10

minutes or so. It is a sunny, warm, and breezy day here in South Carolina. I'm actually out a little

bit later than usual for my walk. Typically, I

wake up pretty early, a cup of coffee, and then I'm out before the sun rises. But today I had a

project to do for work, first thing. I took a little bit of time and decided to come out a little bit later so the sun is

pretty high in the sky and it is already warming up rather nicely and the breeze there have been

times when I've been walking in the morning and the breeze actually makes things feel much colder

than the temperature.

This morning, the breeze feels good.

It gets humid here in South Carolina.

I'm not complaining.

I grew up in Maryland, actually came to appreciate and love heat and even the humidity.
