I'm going to talk about how much you actually should be eating. So let me tell you where I first realized

I remember whenever I first started bodybuilding.

I didn't think that the diet part was as important as the training part.

And I didn't take time to educate myself on the diet.

So I bought a program off the internet and I

downloaded the program and I wanted to build my glutes. And so I went into the gym every day

and I did the program that was the glute building program. And it was about a month long,

about four weeks long. So I thought, I truly thought that in four weeks, I was going to have

selling the program. I really did. Because in my mind, I was like, well, why would she sell a four

week program for glute building if I'm not going to have glutes like hers in four weeks? And so I went to

like I was working as harder than I'd ever worked in my life before. And at the end of the four weeks,
