Summary

In Day 3 of the Joy Blueprint series, we tackle the Scarcity Trap. It is difficult to feel lasting joy when we feel like we are constantly running out of time, energy, or resources. Today, we recalibrate our perspective to recognize the Natural Abundance that surrounds us

We introduce the Breath of Expansion technique, a somatic practice designed to help you physically feel the space and opportunity available to you. You begin to rewire your brain to look for wins and glimmers throughout the day, ensuring your happiness plan is built on a field of plenty rather than a desert of lack.

This week, I'm sharing a replay of a popular series I recorded a few years ago. As a special Bonus, I'm offering the deeper, longer guided meditations and insight.

Take a deep breath. Let's begin building your sunniest life from the inside out!

This is day 3 of a 7-day meditation series, "The Joy Blueprint: Building Your Happiness Plan,"

episodes 1665-1671.
