0:12.3	It's Christmas. Jesus is born. We're going to read about it today in Matthew chapter 1 and also taking a look at Luke chapter two where we see the childhood and
0:22.8	adolescence of Jesus reading from the ESV by Crossway translation. But before we get into it,
0:27.1	I first of all want to say thank you so much for having patience with me yesterday and waiting
0:30.7	for the first video of the New Testament to come out. I tell you what, it was just jam-packed.
0:36.1	This reading plan already rushes through the New Testament, in my opinion, and I just didn't
0:40.8	want to rush even more just for the sake of getting it done at a time that would be pleasing
0:46.5	to certain people, and so I wanted to make sure that I was as thorough as I could possibly
0:51.2	be.
0:52.2	Now, we know we could go a lot deeper, but there was a lot to unpack in those
0:55.7	chapters. I was telling, Holly, man, I don't remember this from last year. I'm feeling the pressure.
1:00.3	But it's a good thing, because this is all about growth. This is our goal here at heart dive.
1:04.9	Like, we gather everybody in to bridge that gap between the expert theologian and the person who just goes to church and
1:12.2	here's a couple of verses. So that's where we're laying this foundation, but ultimately we do want
1:16.3	to continue to grow, right? And so that is why I don't want to stop short of what I know that we can
1:22.7	do here. And even looking ahead, you know, to 2025, we are going to continue to build upon the foundation
1:28.5	that we've already created. So we're trying to find this balance and we're being very prayerful
1:33.2	about it of nurturing the brand new people who will continue to come to read the Bible every single
1:38.8	day, but also making sure that those of you who have been around for the last two years
1:42.9	are growing in your
1:44.9	capacity and your ability to be able to study. And so we are going to continue to hold your hand a
1:50.6	little bit. We're going to loosen the grip just a tiny bit as well because that's a part of the
