0:07.0	God's words to Ezekiel today come down pretty strong. He doesn't sugarcoat these two chapters.
0:18.0	Chapter 21 opens with a prophecy about God drawing a sword against the land of Israel.
0:22.7	And it's especially unsettling because in verse 4 he says he will cut off both righteous and wicked.
0:28.4	The righteous too? Why's that?
0:30.8	We won't find out until the end of today's reading, so put a pin in this, we'll come back to it.
0:35.7	Next God tells Ezekiel to mourn and grieve over what's happening and to spread the word about it to everyone who asks.

1:15.6	And in verse 27, God says this ruin, ruin, ruin,

1:21.4	although it doesn't mention him by name.
1:23.8	God has promised to judge him and he won't withhold it.
1:26.7	We read about his downfall in Jeremiah 52, and it was a ruin, ruin, rumin, indeed. Then God tells the Ammonites they aren't off the hook.
1:35.0	They've been getting false promises and prophecies too,
1:37.3	just like Judah, but they're next on the chopping block.
