0:07.0	Today we finished our 12th book of the Bible.
0:16.0	Congratulations!
0:17.0	Today David continues making preparations for the first temple to be built,
0:21.0	and even though this is God's house and David's doing the planning,
0:25.0	it's commonly referred to as Solomon's Temple,
0:28.0	someone who actually built it.
0:30.0	We start out with the gatekeepers.
0:32.0	This is an incredibly important role.
0:34.0	They are Jerusalem's first line of defense against attack,
0:37.0	so these men need to be agile and vigilant.
0:40.0	There are lots of gates in the city all around the walls,
0:43.0	so there need to be lots of gatekeepers as well.
0:45.0	And if you recall, Scripture regards East as the direction of holiness,
0:49.0	so not only with the temple itself face East,
0:52.0	but the gate of highest honor,
0:54.0	and the one that requires the most guards,
0:56.0	is the Eastern Gate.
0:58.0	It's also known as the King's Gate.
1:00.0	And Scripture tells us this is the gate Jesus will return through
1:03.0	when he comes back to earth at his second coming.
1:05.0	And you may recall that it's the gate the local Muslims
