Happy New Year, everyone. I wanted to do a dating in 2026 episode because I think it is incredibly necessary.

Look, I work with a lot of people in all different types of relationship circumstances.

I have worked with couples.

I work with singles.

I work with the heartbroken.

And where I see people struggling the most right now is in dating and so much of it is about

changing how we think, understanding our value and then also being willing to change some of the

strategies that we've been using in dating. And look, if I could

wave a magic wand and have each of you who are here wanting to meet that right person and

fall in love and maybe get married or have children or just be in a long-term relationship, I would.

It often takes longer than we wanted to to meet the right person.
