Hey everyone. Welcome back to Jillian on Love. Today I speak and coach a woman who is having a tremendous amount of anxiety because she's in a relationship that's going very well but as they

transition out of the honeymoon stage into the more relaxed committed stage of

the relationship she's feeling the intense need for a lot of reassurance

and she's having a lot of intrusive thoughts about the relationship ending now you might think that she's anxiously attached the thing is she's having a lot of intrusive thoughts about the relationship ending.

Now, you might think that she's anxiously attached.

The thing is, she's never experienced this ever in her life.

And this really is not an example of an attachment style as much as it is just fear.
