My guest today is my bud, Darryl Mori.

He is a legendary figure in the world of basketball.

President of the Philadelphia 76ers, storied, really important franchise.

Darryl is, you know, in our country, we don't, and I guess I'm thinking about this because

of the monarchy, but we don't have, we don't knight people in our country.

But if we did, and in my world view, Darryl has been knighted because he was profiled

by Michael Lewis in a book called The Undoing Project, which is like the American version

of being knighted is being written about by Michael Lewis, I think.

And I love that book.

Yeah, obviously seminal on the diversky and conman and learning about the early origins

of how people make terrible decisions, not avoid it.

Well, yeah, Darryl, I mean, I want to talk to you about why I'm so keen to talk to you

is because you are, it seems to me, a person who's connected to your emotions.

You love art, you love music, you are a sports fan.

And yet you've trained yourself to be a dispassionate decision maker and decision-making,

our emotions screw up our decision making so often.

And so I'm fascinated by that.
