My guest today is Mark Cellerger, a guy I've been lucky enough to be around a bunch of

different times over a number of years and we've gotten to work together a little bit.

He is without a doubt the preeminent portrait photographer, although that is not the limit

of his work.

He tells incredible stories in a single frame, he's also directed videos, many of your favorite

Rolling Stone covers, vanity fair covers, pictures of incredible world leaders, states people

have been taken by Mark.

It is an incredibly hard business and hard art form in which to distinguish yourself

in a way that the world knows who you are, that people outside of a very tiny little

group knows who you are.

We can talk about people like Annie Leibwitz and Bruce Weber, but that's most Americans

don't really know beyond that.

Mark, you've entered and been for a long time in a world that is really rarefied.

You're a great artist and we share many close mutual friends.

The work you did, you got the great cameo and billions, and then the work you did in

the last two seasons posters is fantastic.
