But he also struggled inside of that fame with addictions, abuse, divorce, cancer, jail time, overdue library books.

I'm not sure why your public has put that in there, maybe to soften some of the other stuff.

How do you go from that, okay, to writing your new book,

turn your season around how God transforms your life.

Well, first, I need to return those library books.

I think that's important, you know what?

You gotta make it right.

I mean, I made amends on all the other things but so it's not an overnight miracle that happens and I think what has to happen it comes over a period of time and you have to really be persistent and you have to surrender yourself completely to God.

It's a process for you to get where God needs you to get.
