Welcome, welcome, welcome on and all to the Wally Show aftercast, all those stories that we did not get to during the course of the show today, and sometimes just some of our little life ramblings.

This was an interesting story.

If you are following along with the events that

unfolded at the Capitol the arrests are starting to come in like like so the

people that are being accused of sedition terrorism you know they got caught I think some

people got caught up in a moment you know and we're like yeah that's great you go

with group think in the crowd and you know and others were there for other plans

but like all of a sudden these and others were there for other plans.

But like all of a sudden these people taking selfies that thought it was funny

are finding out the serious nature of it.

The guy who had his feet up on Nancy Pelosi's desk, you know, like and I get it like if I was there I would have wanted a really good selfie too like I understand it and I would have found something like that. I understand this, like the situation, but he actually

turned himself in to the Arkansas police and he is now facing charges.

He's a 60 year old dude and this could undo him at the end,

like towards the end of his life, which is interesting.

How many years do you think he is up for for years? Yeah for for entering a restricted

building without grounds without lawful authority violent entry disorderly conduct on capital grounds, and theft of public property because he took a note out of her office.

Three years.

Three years?

I'll go with like five.

Five? Well, apparently attacking the capital. I'll go with like five. Five.

Well apparently attacking the capital is not as big of a deal as you would think legally.

He's only looking at a year.
