It was his idea originally so she's out of Donnie But I mean it's, it's really just looking at people that, we see as successful or high ranking, or even people that aren't really that well known, but just looking at how much of their success has been benefited from the adversity that they went through. So just trying to link their adversity to success while telling their stories
