list. And this fella has made it to the top 100. Why is he so happy? Well, because he runs, of course.

Hi, Jenny. Thanks for having me on the on the pod. Thank you so much for coming on.

Let's work out. Where are you? What's going on? Are you having a good day?

Well, I'm up in Sheffield and right near the Pete Districts, I've just been out there, whizzing

around just now, super pumped, ready for this chat. Couldn't be, couldn't be better. I love that.

I love as well that you're one of the top 100 happy people. I mean, who did that poll for a start?

It was the independent newspaper. It kind of comes out as a rival to the 100 rich list.

And you won't be surprised to know that there's not very much correspondence between the two.

There's not many people that feature on both lists. So yeah, there's the happy list and that's

the rival to the rich list. And I think I'd prefer to be on the happy list, to be honest.

Yeah, I've got to say being on the happy list is pretty impressive.

When that email came through to say that I'd made it onto that list, I just could not believe it.

I was screaming to anyone who would listen that that had come through.

And I was actually just about

to go on to a uh a tv show where I was going to be put through my paces by special forces

and I almost turned down this opportunity to go on to the TV show just because I wanted to make
