Well, good morning, Ian. I hope your conference cold is recovering as the conferences

disappear behind us into the rear view mirror, although I think the S&P have still got theirs,

but I'm not intending we should spend too long on that, but we might possibly review how the

conferences have gone for everybody? I think we probably should. I only went to one of them this year, which I normally go to

the Labour one too, but may do with just the Tory one. I got invited by Andrew Marshall to go on

the paper review this morning, which I was quite happy to do. And then they told me it was going

to be in Glasgow at the

SMP conference and I thought I just can't I mean a whole weekend basically ruined just for

10 minutes on television and I was coming to Norfolk anyway so I thought no I think the SMP can do

without me they'll survive well you're in demand they wanted you last week as well, didn't they?

But you turned them down for Sophie Ridge and me. Well, I did because I'd already said I would do

Sophie Ridge. And one rule I have is if you get invited onto one program and then a better offer

comes along, you don't ditch the original because I think that's really bad because I was

brought up to be polite. You're a man of your word. I am indeed. So let's

go through what we're going to be talking about. As you said, we're going to do a bit of a
